This is a generic department name. Should an article with this title really be specific to one particular university? One which doesn't appear to even have its own article?

Department links

I took the full stop/period's out at the end of the links. The only link that was active before was for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, which was a straight copy & paste of [1]. Perhaps someone could use that as a source to recreate the article? - N
